Trials360 Developed ALI Rat Model

Description:

Trials 360 is excited to announce the development of an in-house Acute Lung Injury (ALI) rat model for studying pulmonary diseases. The model’s validation tests included X-ray, CBC (Complete Blood Count), ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate), ELISA-IL 6, Wet & Dry weigh, and histopathology. This model provides a robust platform for researching pulmonary diseases in a controlled environment. It enables precise observation and measurement of key indicators, aiding in the understanding and treatment of various respiratory illnesses.

Significance: This model offers a unique opportunity to study various diseases including Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), COVID-19, asthma, systemic inflammatory diseases, sepsis, and other conditions where the lung plays a critical role in the pathology. It allows for precise monitoring of disease progression, assessment of treatment efficacy, and identification of potential biomarkers. This model’s versatility enables researchers to explore complex disease mechanisms and develop innovative therapeutic approaches.

Trials 360 is committed to providing comprehensive services for both pre-clinical and clinical studies using this model. Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of research, including precise experimental design, meticulous data collection, and thorough analysis. Through our services, researchers can access a reliable and efficient platform for advancing their understanding of diseases and developing new treatments.
